Welcome to Manot Ceramics

Manot Studio, is a Pottery and Ceramic café situated on the corner of the D346 and D170. 

Manot is a beautiful quiet hamlet surrounded by unspoilt countryside in the Charente, close to the river Vienne.

The studio is the perfect place to celebrate with friends, unwind after work or a treat for the kids!

We have a large selection of ceramics to choose from, vibrant colours, design books and all the tools you need to create your very own unique work of art.

We do not charge a studio fee, the price displayed on each item includes:

• An unlimited supply of paints
• Use of all brushes, sponges and design books
• Glazing
• Firing in our kiln
• Staff assistance
• Unlimited studio time during opening hours

For the more adventurous, why not ‘throw a pot’ on the potter’s wheel – create something by hand, either ‘thrown’ on the wheel or hand built. Throwing clay is fun and relaxing, it also gives you the chance to create and to get your hands dirty. Even newcomers to pottery will be able to throw a recognisable piece within a weekend, make slab pieces, tiles or sculpture, etc
